Ave Maria!

I'm a husband, father, third order novice and professional software developer and am looking for an all-male work environment. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any group of men who might be looking to hire a programmer. I prefer to work remotely but would be open to discussing a relocation for the right group.

I spend a good deal of time and energy at my present job avoiding interactions with women. I'm fortunate to work on a small team that is all male, but at least half of my company is female. I'm convinced co-ed work places are destructive to marriages, and that feminism is upstream of many of the evils we see in our society today.

I've also refused to attend the DEI indoctrination sessions at my company. I haven't been punished for it yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if I were sooner or later and would then be out of a job.

I've considered switching out of the software industry since it is so liberal, but women have infiltrated even the most manly of jobs. One can see women working in road construction. It's tragic and a great injustice to men. There's no where for us to go. We can't even go to the hardware store without being surrounded by women.

And I say all of this with the greatest fondness and affection for my dear wife and three young daughters. Women are a blessing to our world, it would be be an ugly place without them; but they belong in the home, not in the workplace. And if circumstances demand they must work out of the home, they should do so in an all-female environment. The separation of the sexes is best for everyone.

My dream is to find a group of husbands and fathers, good Catholic men, who want to run a business that provides a useful service, allowing us to earn bread in a wholesome environment.
