Practical Advice on Money
Ave Maria!
Since Frair Anthony will be talking about the Traditional Catholic relationship with money soon I thought it would be good to share a resource I found useful. New Polity is a magazine (print and online) that reflects on the fallenness of our United States and what we need to do to change it from a Catholic perceptive.
They talk about the problems with modern insurance, retirement, investing, and capitalism along with ways to step away from them and create Christian alternatives.
They also put out good essays on politics, gender, and technology which could be good to read.

Just wanted to second Br Gabriel's recommendation. New Polity has been highly influential to me as well and has caused me to view and handle my finances differently.
I've also been working my way through E. Michael Jones' work, Barren Metal: A History of Capitalism as the Conflict between Labor and Usury as it highlights the Catholic economic principles of little known Fr. Heinrich Pesch, SJ (a good Jesuit). I have found this book helpful in forming a Catholic perspective on money.
