Franciscan Crown

I want to start praying the Franciscan Crown on Saturdays, but I need a little help. Online, all I can find reference on is the Franciscan Crown of the Seven Joys. In the incredibly beautiful new MFM prayer book I just received, the Friars have the Seven Sorrows and Seven Glories - fantastic!! So, to do it correctly, do you say only one or all three? Does the Crown also count for the Rosary on that day or are they separate? Just want to do it right.☺️
Also, hello!! It’s a tremendous blessing to be a part of this Third Order and a Novitiate. I’m originally from southern WV (saw in a post that there may be a few other West Virginians out there) and now live in Gloucester, VA, if anyone is relatively close.
